As a Compliance Analyst at BitGo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations align with regulatory standards and best practices within the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and risk management, helping to safeguard our business and customers. What you'll do • Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in the crypto space to assess their impact on company operations. • Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to policies. • Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop and implement compliance training programs for employees. • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders. • Support the development and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures in line with industry standards. • Engage with external partners and regulators to foster relationships and facilitate compliance initiatives.
