Let’s go!  Your Mission  As the Marketing Campaign Associate, you’ll support the planning, execution, and operational excellence of marketing campaigns. This role focuses on building scalable, transparent, and efficient cross-functional processes that enable campaign teams to move faster while maintaining clarity, compliance, and accountability.   What you’ll do  Establish, centralize, and optimize scalable creative and legal request management processes, including clear intake, prioritization, ownership, timelines, and escalation paths Ensure end-to-end visibility across requests, milestones, dependencies, and approvals through transparent tracking and documentation Eliminate duplicated requests, circular workflows, and operational inefficiencies to improve speed and cross-functional alignment Support the coordinationexecution of integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL (Above-The-Line) initiatives Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve campaign workflows, tools, and reporting   Who you are  1+ year of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project management, or a related operational role Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments  Strong communication skills, ability to connect easily with a variety of stakeholders Highly detail-oriented, with a structured and methodical approach to managing processes and deliverables Possess a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency  What’s in it for you Flexibility to work where you thrive – Enjoy the freedom of our Hybrid working model, combining onsite collaboration and remote work, with an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of your choice.
