Let’s go!    Your mission Is to support our internal audit function and team while gaining a comprehensive, first-hand view of the industry, its business operations, and modern internal audit processes. You will assist the team across both IT and operational/business audit domains, helping to maintain our audit methodologies and enhance Bitpanda’s overall approach to product security and compliance. What you’ll do  Keeping the business safe by supporting the execution of internal audits within the Bitpanda Group. Audit Support: Support the team during various audits, learning how we evaluate compliance with financial regulations (e.g., MiCAR and DORA) and general internal control frameworks. Get insights into both technical areas (like cloud service providers) and operational business units. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation to align on regulatory requirements, ensure the effectiveness of controls, and promote a culture of compliance. Reporting: Help draft high-quality audit documentation and reports for review by audit management. Assist in tracking open audit findings across the company, validating remediation actions, and supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual management reporting. Project Management: Participate in internal and external audits with collaboration of various stakeholders. Who you are  Aspiring Professional: You are a current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Law, or a related field. An interest in pursuing future industry certifications. Previous experience in Internal Audit is a plus. Curiosity for the Financial Industry: You have a strong interest in crypto, finance, and how tech-driven companies operate. Initial theoretical knowledge or a keen interest in business processes, internal controls, internal audit or IT infrastructure is highly valued. Effective Communicator: You possess good interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate within a multicultural, fast-paced team. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
