What you'll do • Provide legal advice on product development and regulatory compliance for cryptocurrency offerings, including bitcoin and other digital assets. • Analyze and interpret existing and upcoming regulations affecting the crypto market to guide strategic business decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and engineering, to ensure legal considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to product offerings and partnerships. • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks associated with new product launches. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively advise the company on necessary adjustments.
