Let’s go!  About the Team The Securities Platform team is responsible for building, managing, and scaling Bitpanda’s securities infrastructure across Stocks, ETFs, Options, and other financial instruments. Working at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Engineering, the team designs and manages post-trade workflows, asset servicing processes, reconciliation frameworks, and operational controls supporting both B2C and B2B business models. The team collaborates closely with Brokerage, Engineering, Compliance, Exchanges, Custodians, Data Vendors, Tax Providers, and external market infrastructure partners to build scalable and resilient securities operations across multiple products and jurisdictions. This role sits within the Corporate Actions function and will play a key role in supporting corporate action and asset servicing events across both B2C and B2B flows. Your mission You will take ownership of corporate actions and asset servicing processes across Bitpanda’s Securities Platform, ensuring events are captured, validated, processed, reconciled, and communicated accurately and on time. Working at the intersection of Operations and technology, you will help build scalable and controlled workflows for income events, mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, tax-related processing, options adjustments, and client-impacting events across Stocks, ETFs, Options, and other financial instruments. What you’ll do Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions and asset servicing events across Stocks, ETFs, Options, and other financial instruments Monitor, validate, reconcile, and resolve corporate action, entitlement, tax, and position discrepancies across internal and external systems Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brokerage, Compliance, custodians, exchanges, and external vendors to improve operational workflows and controls Support options-related lifecycle events, including contract adjustments, expiries, and exercise/assignment processing Drive automation and scalability by identifying operational bottlenecks, manual processes, and control gaps Who you are You bring hands-on experience in corporate actions, custody, asset servicing, or post-trade operations within brokerage, fintech, banking, or asset management You have a solid understanding of securities operations, including settlement, reconciliation, entitlement calculations, tax processing, and lifecycle management You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and operational ownership mindset You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Product, Compliance, and external financial infrastructure partners You are interested in leveraging automation, data tooling, and AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability What’s in it for you Flexi...
