Let’s go!  About the Team The Securities Platform team is responsible for building, managing, and scaling Bitpanda’s securities infrastructure across Stocks, ETFs, and Options. Working at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Engineering, the team designs and manages post trade workflows, settlement processes, reconciliation frameworks, and operational controls supporting both B2C and B2B business models. The team collaborates closely with Brokerage, Engineering, Compliance, Exchanges, Custodians, and external market infrastructure providers to build scalable and resilient post trade operations across multiple products and jurisdictions. This role sits within the Settlements & Reconciliations function and will play a key role in supporting stocks, ETFs, and options trading operations across both B2B and B2C flows. Your mission You will take ownership of daily settlement and reconciliation operations while supporting the build and optimization of post trade processes across Bitpanda’s Securities Platform, driving efficiency, automation, scalability, and risk management. Working at the intersection of Operations and technology, you will use data driven insights to streamline clearing, settlement, and reconciliation workflows across Stocks, ETFs, Options, and other financial instruments. What you’ll do Own and manage end-to-end settlement and reconciliation processes across Stocks, ETFs, Options, and other securities products Monitor settlement activities and resolve reconciliation breaks, failed trades, cash discrepancies, and lifecycle exceptions across internal and external systems Support both B2C retail and B2B institutional trading flows across global markets and counterparties Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brokerage, custodians, clearing firms, and external infrastructure providers to improve operational workflows and controls Drive automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across post-trade and reconciliation processes Who you are You bring hands-on experience in settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade operations within brokerage, fintech, banking, or asset management You have a strong understanding of securities trading, settlement flows, custody operations, and reconciliation processes across on-exchange and OTC products You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and operational ownership mindset You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Product, Compliance, and external market infrastructure partners You are interested in leveraging automation, data tooling, and scalable workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational risk What’s in it for you Flexibility to work where you thrive – Enjoy the freedom of our Hybrid working model, combining onsite collaboration and remote work, with...
