What we're looking for: • Proven experience in compliance management, specifically within the cryptocurrency or fintech industries. • Strong understanding of AML and KYC regulations and their application in the crypto space. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external regulators. • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management. • Relevant certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs (e.g., CAMS, CFE) are a plus.
