What you'll do: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to drive engagement and retention. • Onboard new clients, providing them with the necessary tools and training to succeed on our platform. • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to enhance client satisfaction. • Monitor client health metrics and work collaboratively with teams to address any issues or concerns. • Create and deliver regular performance reports, showcasing the value BlockJobs brings to their hiring processes. • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to improve product features and services. What we're looking for: • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar account management role within SaaS. • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and retention strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. • Familiarity with the crypto and web3 industries is a plus, but not essential. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing your time effectively.
