What we're looking for: • Proven experience in design leadership roles, particularly in UI and UX design. • Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand development and design systems. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders. • Experience in the crypto, web3, or tech industries is a plus. • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
