In this dynamic role, you'll bridge the gap between our innovative platform and the developer community, fostering engagement, creating technical documentation, and promoting our mission to connect top talent with exciting opportunities in the blockchain space. What you'll do: • Build and nurture relationships with developers and the web3 community to drive awareness and adoption of BlockJobs. • Create comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and guides to facilitate a better understanding of our platform. • Organize and participate in community events, webinars, and hackathons to engage developers and showcase our offerings. • Gather feedback from the developer community to inform product improvements and feature development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to create compelling content that resonates with our audience. • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep BlockJobs at the forefront of the crypto and web3 landscape. What we're looking for: • Proven experience in Developer Relations, technical writing, or a similar role within the web3 or crypto space. • Strong technical background, preferably in blockchain, smart contracts, or decentralized applications (dApps). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts. • Passion for community engagement and building relationships with developers. • Familiarity with tools and platforms for documentation, community management, and analytics. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
