What you'll do: • Develop and manage financial reports to provide insights into business performance and trends. • Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations specific to the crypto industry. • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Support the implementation of financial systems and tools that enhance reporting efficiency. What we're looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred. • Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the crypto or fintech sector. • Strong understanding of financial reporting, FP&A, and budgeting processes. • Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and accounting practices. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
