Founding Full-Stack Engineer

As a founding engineer at BlockJobs you'll own features end to end across our Next.js app, APIs, and Postgres data layer — shipping the product that powers crypto hiring for thousands of candidates and teams. What you'll do • Build and ship full-stack features across the Next.js App Router frontend and API routes • Design data models and queries in Prisma/PostgreSQL for jobs, matching, and payments • Improve the job feed, search, and SEO surfaces that drive organic traffic • Work directly with the founders to shape the roadmap and make architectural calls What we're looking for • 4+ years building production web apps with TypeScript and React/Next.js • Strong with Node.js APIs and relational databases (Postgres/Prisma a plus) • Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a small team • Bonus: web3/crypto experience or interest Why BlockJobs We're building the job board crypto talent actually wants to use — full job descriptions, AI matching, and one-click auto-apply paid in USDC on Solana.
