What you'll do: • Provide expert legal advice on crypto-related regulations and compliance issues. • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertinent to crypto and web3 operations. • Monitor and analyze changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks affecting the crypto and blockchain industry. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies and procedures that align with legal requirements. • Assist in resolving legal disputes and managing any potential risks associated with business operations. • Represent BlockJobs in communications with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders. What we're looking for: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. • 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors. • Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management in the crypto space. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities. • Passion for the crypto and web3 industries, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
