What you'll do: • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum for various DeFi applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine protocol specifications. • Conduct thorough audits and security assessments of existing protocols to ensure robustness and reliability. • Optimize smart contract performance and gas efficiency for improved user experience. • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the DeFi landscape to inform development practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to protocol functionality and performance. What we're looking for: • Proven experience in DeFi protocol development and smart contract programming with Solidity. • Strong understanding of Ethereum blockchain architecture and consensus mechanisms. • Familiarity with DeFi concepts such as liquidity pools, yield farming, and governance tokens. • Experience with testing frameworks like Truffle or Hardhat and tools like Remix. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building decentralized solutions. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
