What you'll do: • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experience across our platform. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement design solutions that meet user needs. • Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability of our product offerings. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs effectively. • Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma to communicate design concepts. • Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies in the web3 and crypto space to drive innovation. What we're looking for: • 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX work. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for digital products. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts. • A passion for the crypto and web3 ecosystem, with a desire to impact the industry positively.
