About the role

Overview Caladan seeks a hands-on specialist to execute and monitor crypto and fiat settlements while running daily reconciliations. This global 24/7 coverage role specifically targets candidates available for US shift hours. Key Responsibilities • Capture and validate trade details throughout the complete trade lifecycle • Perform initial checks, trade confirmations, and maintain accurate book management • Maintain crypto wallet address inventory and tagging governance with daily exception reviews • Reconcile daily positions, cash, and PnL, investigating breaks with internal teams and counterparties • Manage settlements in both crypto and fiat, coordinating fund movements with custodians and exchanges • Track and reconcile balances across custodians, exchanges, bank accounts, DeFi venues, and internal ledgers • Support lifecycle events including token unlocks, margin calls, and structured product settlements • Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and mitigate risk • Support maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows • Provide timezone-based shift coverage with smooth handovers between SG, UAE/EU, and US teams Requirements • Proven experience in trade support, settlements, or reconciliation in financial or crypto markets • Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and digital asset settlement flows • Familiarity with digital asset custodians and blockchain settlement processes • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • SQL proficiency • Effective communication skills and team collaboration mindset Preferred Experience • Finance, accounting, or operations background from trading or financial institutions Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Lunch and shift allowances • Health insurance
