Web3 UIUX Designer (Potential Creative Design Lead)

Looking for a skillful and passionate web3.0 native UIUX Designer to make a cool, catchy, and user-friendly UIUX design for an innovative web3 project especially related to No-Code Creative DAO, NFT collection, and potentially be able to lead the entire creative team in 2-3 years time span. ◾︎About the Role As a UIUX designer, you will be in charge of researching trending Web3 UIUX design, understanding user persona, and customer journey, and converting the business/product requirement into user-friendly UIUX design. You will be involved in 0 to 1 new service launch from scratch directly with the CEO, world-class blockchain engineers and global team environment. If you have a passion for web3.0, crypto, NFT, DAO, and enthusiasm to solve the current user's problem in design, this is the perfect opportunity for you! ◾︎What We Are Doing We are providing the No-Code DAO/ NFT creation platform "DeCir". https://decir.io/ This time, we are looking for a UIUX designer for the DeCir application and LP to update the better UI/UX and keep updating new features with us. We are a global startup with more than 70% of us working from different countries, and taking the challenges in the global market. ◾︎Job Description - UX research on related web 3.0 application services ︎- Create user persona, and customer journey and understand user's pain point - Ideation & brain storming - Draw wireframe or function process flow chart or diagram - Design mockup and production UIUX design for blockchain applications. - Create contents creation/design strategy, rule, plan, and execute - Suggest & propose the creative/design idea from marketing&user point of view to the team - Collaborate with BizDev, PdM, Marketing, Designer, and other Dev teams to meet specification needs in line with business objectives. - Work closely with the CEO and teams to meet specification needs in line with business objectives. ️ - Improve products and pursue successful customer value experiences. ◾︎Must have Qualifications -Basic Qualifications and Mindset -Standing in the same mission & value -Strong passion and belief in web3.0 and crypto space. -Logical thinking mindset (thinking WHY first, MECE). -Self-management with planning, following the due date, speed, and quality in a startup environment. -Excellent English communication skills in both writing and verbal -Knowledge -Deep understanding levels of web3.0, Crypto, and Blockchain technology at the blockchain, smart contract level (no coding required). -Understanding of how the DAO and NFT projects work generally. -Skills and Experiences -At least 3 years of professional experience working with UIUX designers and experience with the UI/UX team lead. -At least 1 web3.0 application UI/UX design experience from scratch (0 to 1). -Familiarity with Adobe-related design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and others. -Familiarity with design thinking collaboration tools like Miro, Mural, and others. ◾︎Preferred Qualifications -Skills and Experience -Working contribution experience in DAO, NFT Project as a community member. -Working contribution experience in DeFi, the Crypto ecosystem, and any other financial trading mechanism -The ability to code & develop frontend applications is a huge plus! (HTML, CSS, React)
