Senior DevSecOps Engineer (NYC / MIA)

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at Crossmint, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our web3 applications and infrastructure. What you'll do • Design and implement security protocols and frameworks, particularly focusing on Xkms, to enhance the application security of web3 platforms. • Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage remediation efforts to address security gaps in systems and applications. • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 standards to ensure compliance. • Lead incident response efforts by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security threats in real-time. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in application security and vulnerability management.
