Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a Founding Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable consumer products and experience in the crypto space, particularly on the Solana blockchain. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with the CEO to align with the company's vision, mission, and core principles. • Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable backend infrastructure. • Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure our services can handle growing traffic and demand. • Develop monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high system availability and optimal performance. • Continuously enhance system architecture, security, and best practices to keep pace with industry standards. Requirements: • Over 5 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure engineering. • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, especially within the Solana ecosystem. • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Rust. • Experience with cloud computing platforms like GCP or AWS, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and Cloud Firestore.
