Trader Executor (Market Making)

Responsibilities: ● Execute market-making and liquidity management operations. ● Develop, launch, and optimize algorithmic strategies (market-making, arbitrage, inventory control). ● Monitor order books, spreads, liquidity, and performance metrics. ● Communicate with exchanges and project teams to ensure efficient execution. ● Prepare weekly and monthly trading performance reports. ● Participate in TGE and secondary listings setup. Requirements: ● 1–3 years of trading experience (crypto or traditional markets). ● Strong understanding of CEX, DEX, and AMM mechanics (Uniswap, Curve, etc.). ● Experience with risk management principles (position limits, volatility, exposure). ● Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions. ● Familiarity with tokenomics and blockchain fundamentals. ● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. ● English — intermediate or higher. ● (Nice to have) Python / JavaScript / SQL for data analysis or API integration.
