Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Helius, you will play a vital role in bridging the technical gap between our innovative blockchain solutions and our clients' needs. You will work closely with both the engineering and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive user satisfaction and engagement. What you'll do • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to our blockchain applications and integrations. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes, including FAQs and user guides for clients. • Conduct training sessions and webinars for clients to help them understand and maximize the use of our products. • Analyze customer feedback and requirements to propose enhancements and new features. • Assist in pre-sales activities by showcasing the technical capabilities of our solutions to potential clients.
