About the role

Hive is where people go to earn interest on their money. We take dollars that live on blockchain rails and spread them across the best lending markets on Solana, automatically. Three questions, one tap, withdraw anytime. Borrowers pay the interest; our users earn it. And we never hold anyone's funds. We're live on Solana mainnet, and the early signal is real: 39% of users who connect a wallet go on to fund a plan, and activated users retain at 72% into week one. We're a two-person founding team: founder + founding engineer - hiring our first marketing leader. You'd be employee #1 in marketing, with founder-level ownership of distribution, and meaningful equity.
