Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantitative Trader with extensive experience in cryptocurrency and traditional market trading. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial markets, a strong quantitative and analytical background, and the ability to develop and implement sophisticated trading strategies. Responsibilities: Quantitative Research and Strategy Development: Develop, backtest, and refine quantitative trading strategies for both crypto and traditional markets. Implement and optimize algorithmic trading systems. Conduct in-depth market analysis and financial modeling. Collaborate with software developers to enhance trading platforms. Trading and Risk Management: Monitor and manage portfolio risk. Conduct post-trade analysis and improve trading systems. Implement and manage algorithmic risk management systems. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Analyze new market opportunities and formulate methods for capitalizing on them. Conduct comprehensive research on various chains and DeFi protocols. Use data analytics platforms to find alpha and assess market trends. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide new investment propositions. Requirements: 5+ years of industry experience in software development and quantitative trading. Extensive experience in crypto trading and traditional financial markets. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and derivative instruments. Proficiency in Python and knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, Solidity). Relevant experience in statistical modeling and big data analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think strategically and work with ambiguity. Entrepreneurial mentality with a strong drive to achieve results. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies.
