Regional Country Manager UAE GCC

We are seeking a high-caliber, commercially aggressive, and operationally sound Regional Country Manager for the UAE and GCC. In this role, you will hold total P&L accountability for our most high-growth markets. You will own the regional strategy and lead ground execution to scale user acquisition, transaction volume, and localized operational efficiency. Working in close alignment with our global growth and frontend teams, you will bridge global product capabilities with localized GCC market needs. You must possess the strategic vision to navigate complex regional landscapes and the hands-on grit to ruthlessly execute on growth, retention, and friction-free operations. Application Deadline July 31, 2026 Department Growth Employment Type Full Time Location Dubai Workplace type Hybrid What You’ll Be Doing Growth & Market Expansion P&L Ownership: Own and drive the revenue, transaction growth, and active user metrics across the UAE and GCC markets. Localization Strategy: Tailor growth campaigns, product positioning, and frontend user experiences to match the distinct consumer behaviors of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC nations. Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact local partnerships (e.g., banks, local payment gateways, distribution networks) to accelerate user onboarding and product utility. Operations, KYC & Compliance Regulatory Navigation: Act as the local face of the company with regional regulators (e.g., DFSA, ADGM, Central Banks). Ensure the business remains compliant while maintaining an aggressive growth posture. Frictionless Operations: Work directly with the centralized operations team to optimize local KYC/AML turnaround times and establish localized, hyper-responsive customer support channels. Localization Operations: Ensure payment rails, localization of currency, and language flows are seamless and highly converting for the regional user base. Execution & Executive Reporting Ground-to-CEO Alignment: Synthesize local market data, competitor intelligence, and regulatory shifts into high-impact, executive-level reports. Cross-Functional Execution: Partner directly with the centralized Growth, Frontend, and Support teams to deploy growth loops and product features optimized for the GCC market. What You'll Bring The Scale Operator: 6+ years of experience in hyper-growth tech environments (FinTech, Web3, Marketplace, or SaaS), with at least 2–3 years in a regional leadership or general management role within the UAE/GCC. Relentless Executioner: High-energy leader with a proven track record of growing a product's transaction volume or user base from the ground up in the Middle East. Regulatory/Compliance Fluent: Strong understanding of UAE and GCC financial regulations, electronic KYC standards, and data privacy laws. Networked: Possess an existing network of regional partners, financial institutions, or corporate stakeholders in the GCC tech ecosystem. Data-Obsessed & Bilingual: Deeply analytical, comfortable building business cases from data dashboards, and fluent in English (Arabic fluency is a massive advantage). Why KAST?
