The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with EVM-based chains, blockchain node operations, and secure smart contract engineering.Must-Have Technical SkillsCore Web3 / Blockchain Skills Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals including: Transactions Blocks Gas fees Wallets and private/public keys RPC architecture Finality Consensus mechanisms Hands-on experience with smart contract development using: Solidity (preferred) Hardhat Foundry Truffle Remix Experience with EVM-based blockchain networks such as: Ethereum Polygon Arbitrum Optimism Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Experience with enterprise blockchain platforms is a plus: Hyperledger Fabric Corda Quorum Preferred Qualifications Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems Experience with CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments Understanding of blockchain security best practices Excellent collaboration and communication skills
