Apply strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, crypto trading workflows, and security best practices. Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. (Preferred) Bring experience from banks, exchanges, custodians, or digital asset-native firms. (Preferred) Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, OCC, NYDFS BitLicense) and tokenization in capital markets.
