Since 2020, the organization has backed over 300 startups collectively valued at over $15B, establishing itself as a dominant force in early-stage web3 and decentralized technology.This dual-impact role requires an exceptionally organized, high-agency professional to manage day-to-day office operations for the NYC headquarters while providing direct, comprehensive executive support to leadership. Operating within a high-velocity environment alongside a team of elite industry veterans, the successful candidate will serve as the organizational backbone of the office, ensuring operational friction is eliminated.Location: New York, NY (100% Onsite; remote work is not available for this role).Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations
Environment Management: Maintain a pristine, highly organized, and welcoming office environment throughout the day, ensuring meeting rooms and common spaces are consistently guest-ready
Inventory Control: Proactively stock, organize, and manage office supplies, snacks, beverages, and kitchen inventory
Logistics & Deliveries: Oversee all incoming mail, couriers, packages, and logistics organization
Vendor & Facilities Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, cleaning crews, utilities, and external service providers
Resource Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars for shared office resources and dedicated meeting spaces
Team Support: Assist local leadership and team members with day-to-day operational coordination tasks
Executive Assistant Support
Calendar & Schedule Management: Masterfully manage complex calendars, scheduling requests, and multi-party meeting coordination for leadership
Travel & Itineraries: Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, lodging, reservations, and detailed itineraries
Administrative & Personal Support: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, research, document preparation, and selective personal errands to maximize leadership efficiency
Workflow Tracking: Monitor action items, critical deadlines, and project follow-ups across multiple fast-moving workstreams
Communication Management: Assist with inbox sorting, guest logistics, and external stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Organizational Excellence: Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously without dropping details
High Communication Standards: Superior verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal Polish
Discretion & EQ: High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, and impeccable judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
Execution Mindset: A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to operate independently and anticipate operational needs before they arise
Geographic Commitment: Must be located in or willing to immediately relocate to New York City for full-time onsite operations

Prior experience in a fast-paced startup, venture capital firm, coworking space, high-end hospitality, or corporate events environment
