This role will turn what our teams build into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that lands in a fast-changing, social, and creator-driven landscape. This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and serves as a key connection point between Product, Studio, and Marketing teams. Today, the role will support products such as FIFA Rivals and DMarket, with the opportunity to flex across new products, brand, partnerships, and content as the portfolio evolves. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed marketer who can take an initiative — whether assigned or self-identified — from planning through execution with minimal oversight. Working within the overarching strategy set by the Senior Marketing Manager, this person will anchor in product marketing while also flexing across brand, partnerships, and content as priorities shift. This role requires strong, experience-driven marketing judgment, the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment, and fluency with AI and modern marketing tools to work efficiently and scale output. This role is open to candidates based in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, and Texas. At this time, we are not able to consider candidates located outside of these states for this opening. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship. What You'll Do: Own product marketing across the portfolio, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning. Drive launches end to end, from narrative development through execution. Serve as a connection point between Product, Studio, and Marketing teams, translating product roadmaps into positioning, go-to-market strategy, and launch plans. Initiate or take on product marketing, brand, and partnership initiatives, scoping each into a clear plan and executing end to end. Flex across multiple products and workstreams as priorities and timing shift, applying product marketing rigor across the portfolio rather than to a single title. Shape brand and non-performance marketing, including social-native, creator-> What We're Looking For: 4+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated product marketing experience across positioning, messaging, and go-to-market. Experience across brand, partnerships, or general marketing, ideally including time in a fast-paced or startup environment. Demonstrated ability to independently scope, plan, and execute marketing initiatives from concept through delivery with minimal oversight. Strong marketing judgment grounded in hands-on experience, with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations. Fluency with AI tools to drive efficiency and scale output. A genuine self-starter who identifies and drives the right next move rather than waiting to be handed one. Depth in product marketing paired with a generalist’s range across brand, partnerships, and content. A feel for social-native, creator-> Compensation and Benefits: The annual base salary range for this role is $77,000–$106,000 USD. This range applies to eligible remote locations for this role.
