Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Community Manager to join our team at Nakapad. As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and engagement of our community across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing and growing our community presence on social media channels. • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns. • Creating engaging content and moderating discussions to keep the community active and informed. • Building and nurturing relationships with community members, addressing their inquiries and concerns. • Organizing and coordinating community events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions. • Providing regular reports and insights on community engagement and sentiment to relevant teams. Requirements: • Proven experience in community management or a related field. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive community growth. • Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. • Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto space. • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
