Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team at Nakapad. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the founder and managing various aspects of our operations, delivery, and launch strategy. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure efficient project execution will be key to our success. Responsibilities: • Assist the founder in coordinating and managing projects throughout their lifecycle. • Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of projects, adhering to quality standards and client requirements. • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication. • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise. • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. • Continuously improve project management processes and best practices. Requirements: • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. • Familiarity with the web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology is a plus. Salary & Location: • The salary for this position ranges from $1000 to $1500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
