About The Team The Trading Strategies Mobile Team owns OKX's Trading Bot and Copy Trading experiences across iOS and Android. On the Trading Bot side we build the full suite of strategy bots (Spot & Futures Grid, Spot & Futures DCA, Recurring Buy, Smart Portfolio, Smart Arbitrage, Signal Bot, DCD, and AI-powered bots) that let millions of users automate their trading across spot and derivatives. On the Copy Trading side we let users discover top traders and automatically mirror their positions. It's a large, high-complexity mobile surface built on a shared Rust/UniFFI core, and we're actively moving performance-critical paths to Rust so the logic is shared across platforms. We care deeply about engineering quality. A big, fast-moving codebase demands high standards for architecture, stability, and performance, so we invest consistently in review rigor, knowledge-sharing, and technical training to keep raising the bar. If you're energized by taming complexity at scale, driving technical excellence and business impact in equal measure, and shaping how automated crypto trading works for millions, this is the team to be on.   What You'll Be Doing Own the technical architecture and delivery of the Android/iOS Trading Bot codebase as your primary focus, while also contributing to Copy Trading as our second core surface, raising code quality, stability, and performance across both and across the flows that create, manage, copy, and follow strategies. Lead large-scale technical initiatives end to end, from the Kotlin/Swift-to-Rust/UniFFI migration to modularization and binary-compatibility discipline across the Trading Bot and shared-core repositories, and the work to cut crash, ANR, and startup hotspots. Join product requirement discussions, shape well-reasoned technical solutions, and protect product performance, stability, and user experience. Partner with product and business to drive the Trading Bot roadmap, from new strategy types to sharing, attribution, and growth features, to AI-powered bot experiences, turning technical leverage into business impact. Stay close to industry trends, keep refining the technical architecture, and grow the team's engineering capabilities through training and knowledge-sharing. Mentor engineers and lead by influence, lifting the whole team's technical proficiency.
