About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven growth strategy, and data analysis with experience in growth hacking, go-to-market planning, localization strategy, and the crypto industry preferred. As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of growth strategies for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure results. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments • Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making • Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features What We Look For In You • At least 3 years of experience in product management or growth hacking related field • Strong insights into user preferences in different countries/cultures. Know how to use differentiated growth strategies in different regions • Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis.
