What You’ll Be Doing • Account Identity & Lifecycle : Own the product roadmap for user account identity (individual / institutional) and preference settings, and lead end-to-end account lifecycle management. • Login & Authentication : Drive the productization of the login system, covering standard login, third-party login, QR code login, and more, while also owning product design for OKX Wallet ↔ exchange account connection and third-party app OAuth authorization. • Permissions & Account Architecture : Own the design and evolution of account hierarchy and permission systems, supporting the company's diverse business models. • Business Growth Enablement : Partner with institutional, compliance, and risk teams to translate AUM, trading volume, and other growth targets into an account infrastructure roadmap; drive adoption of institutional capabilities such as RBAC and Custody in key regions; and turn institutional clients' customized requirements into standardized product capabilities. • Experience & Efficiency Optimization : Continuously track account-related complaints and support tickets to identify and address friction points, while driving the AI transformation of the User Center product line and promoting the adoption of AI agents in day-to-day work. What We Look For In You • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning account systems / permission systems / compliance systems, or complex To B or To B+C hybrid platform products • Strong systems-architecture mindset, with the ability to independently translate business requirements into product solutions and engage in deep discussions with engineering teams • Strong business judgment and data sensitivity, able to drive product decisions and prioritization • Strong cross-team and cross-region collaboration and communication skills, able to engage internal teams, institutional clients, and regional compliance needs simultaneously • Skilled at working with AI • Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages Nice-To-Haves • Background in the cryptocurrency industry • Experience leading an account system architecture evolution or platform re-architecture from 0 to 1 • Hands-on experience applying AI agents / AI productivity tools within product workflows Perks & Benefits • Competitive total compensation package • L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development • Various team building programs and company events • Wellness and meal allowances • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants • More that we love to tell you along the process!
