About The Opportunity As a Technical Expert, you will own the core build-out of the Operations Automation & Cloud Management Platform, focusing on the unified management and intelligent orchestration of multi-cloud products . By integrating with cloud provider APIs (Aliyun, AWS, Azure), the role builds full-lifecycle management capabilities across compute, storage, network, database, and middleware resources—combined with CMDB, Event Center, orchestration engines, and AI / LLM capabilities—to evolve from manual operations toward intelligent control and automated change, continuously improving operational efficiency and stability. What You’ll Be Doing • Design and develop the Operations Automation & Cloud Management Platform, building full-lifecycle management capabilities for multi-cloud resources across compute, storage, network, database, and middleware; • Integrate with cloud provider APIs (Aliyun, AWS, Azure) and Terraform to enable unified onboarding, automated provisioning, configuration changes, and cost optimization of cloud products; • Own the design and development of core systems including CMDB, Event Center, and orchestration engines , building a unified data foundation for resources, configurations, and events, and develop workflow engines, task schedulers, and approval mechanisms; • Build intelligent cloud management capabilities , leveraging AI / LLM for intelligent orchestration, change-risk assessment, and capacity/cost prediction, driving the evolution from manual operations to intelligent control; • Explore the application of AI / LLM in cloud management , building an intelligent ops assistant (ChatOps / AI Copilot) to support natural-language-driven cloud resource operations and smart ticket handling; • Design and maintain unified RESTful / gRPC interfaces and SDKs, and participate in platform security (OIDC, IAM Role, RBAC, audit) and operations. What We Look For In You • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; • Proficient in Java , familiar with Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud; • Development or integration experience in multi-cloud resource management (Aliyun, AWS, Azure) and cloud provider APIs / Terraform ; • Strong API design and system integration skills, with understanding of distributed architecture; • Experience designing or developing CMDB, orchestration engines, or event centers; • Knowledge of AI / LLM application development (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent), able to integrate AI into cloud management and operations scenarios; • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong code-quality awareness.
