Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.About the RolePolymarket is looking for a Solutions Leader to build our embedded partnership program from the ground up — bringing prediction markets to institutional partners including ISVs, introducing brokers, FCMs, and market makers who want to integrate our trading infrastructure. You'll work directly with the US Exchange team and own this function end-to-end.This is a technical relationship management role. You'll design integration plans, debug API issues, coordinate product enhancements, and build lasting partnerships — with the goal of creating a repeatable playbook that scales as fast as our pipeline grows.What You'll Do Design and execute API integration plans with ISVs, IBs, FCMs, and market makers Troubleshoot technical issues for institutional trading clients and resolve them quickly Build relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations Coordinate product enhancement requests between partners and our engineering teams Develop a scalable playbook for onboarding new embedded partners Track partnership performance and identify growth opportunities Scale the solutions function by hiring and managing a team as the pipeline expands What We're Looking For 5+ years in technical partnerships Comfort building a function from zero to one at a high-growth company Strong technical background with financial APIs and trading infrastructure Proven track record managing B2B relationships that drive measurable growth Hands-on experience with API integrations, debugging, and technical troubleshooting Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams (Plus) Experience building and scaling teams (Plus) Background in crypto or prediction markets (Plus) Existing relationships with FCMs or market makers (Plus) Previous solutions engineering or technical partnerships experience Benefits Competitive salary & equity Unlimited PTO Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage 401k match Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories 
