A rapidly growing proprietary trading firm is in immediate need of a Senior Quant Researcher to join its team. You'll have the opportunity to gain a ton of visibility from senior stakeholders, as you'll be working closely with C-Suite professionals to help ensure that the firms's research efforts are second-to-none.Responsibilities Spearhead the firm's quant research efforts Collaborate with and manage a team of quants Perform hands-on quant research and large scale data analysis of the crypto markets Complete full-cycle research projects Requirements 10+ years of experience in traditional quant finance Experience in risk-management functions Strong understanding of the digital assets market Impeccable programming skills Problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit The role can sit in Chicago, NYC, HK or London. Fully remote is possible in the US and/or Europe
