Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As the CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company. You will work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to develop and execute on our technical strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing technical leadership and vision for the company Developing and implementing the technical roadmap Building a world-class development team Planning and overseeing the implementation of complex technical projects Ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of our platform Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends Requirements: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a CTO or similar technology leadership role Strong technical background in software engineering and infrastructure Proven track record of building and leading high-performing development teams Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications Excellent communication and leadership skills Fluency in English Nice to have: Experience with gaming platforms and/or online gambling industries Knowledge of smart contracts and Solidity programming language Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, equity, and paid time off.
