THE WORK: We're looking for an outstanding marketer to join our Corporate Brand team to help tell the XRP story globally. As part of this position, you will be leading all aspects of various marketing initiatives aimed at building awareness for XRP, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop and successfully implement strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness Collaborate with partners from different departments to ensure campaigns support product and sales goals Analyze campaign reports and determine opportunities for improvement and efficiency Be a great partner and work collaboratively with our external agencies Work closely with partners across marketing and design (comms, demand gen, content, web, etc.) to ensure campaigns are driving value down the funnel WHAT YOU'LL BRING:  Proven experience in corporate brand marketing, either in house or at a creative or media agency Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong analytical and project management skills Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment Join us at Ripple Labs Inc. to build a future where value moves as seamlessly as information. For positions that will be based in IL, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position.
