About BookitBookit is revolutionizing the travel and loyalty industry as the next-generation B2B2C "super app" offering our brand clients and consumers unprecedented value on luxury travel as well as unforgettable VIP music, sports, and life>Learn more at Bookit.comAbout The RoleBookit is seeking an enterprise sales lead and account executive to drive growth within the music, entertainment, and sports vertical by securing and developing strategic partnerships with music labels, artist management companies, musicians, concert promoters, event venues, entertainment IP owners, professional sports organizations, leagues, and related fan ecosystem platforms.This is a new business/hunter focused aimed at selling Bookit's white-label platform, rewards technology, and experiential commerce offerings to sports and entertainment organizations looking to enhance fan engagement, loyalty, memberships, VIP experiences, rewards programs, and commerce initiatives.The ideal candidate understands how music, entertainment, and sports organizations monetize and engage their fan bases and already has strong relationships across the music and entertainment ecosystem. Experience within sports organizations and properties is a plus.What You'll Do
Own enterprise sales efforts for Bookit's Music, Entertainment, and Sports vertical
Identify, source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with:
Major and Independent Music Labels
Artist management companies
Talent agencies
Live-event management companies
Concert promoters and festival operators
Global entertainment groups
Pop culture event producers
Venue and hospitality operators
Professional sports teams and franchises
Sports leagues and governing bodies
Sports agencies and holding groups
Sports media and fan engagement platforms
College athletics programs
Strong preference will be given to candidates with existing relationships across the music industry, including labels, artist management organizations, promoters, venues, festivals, and entertainment platforms.
Sell Bookit's white-label rewards and commerce platform into fan loyalty ecosystems
Position Bookit as a solution for:
Fan loyalty and rewards programs
VIP experiences and hospitality
Member engagement initiatives
Co-branded travel and commerce offerings
Premium fan access and experiential rewards
Build relationships with executives across sponsorship, partnerships, innovation, marketing, loyalty, digital product, and revenue operations teams
Develop customized partnership strategies and go-to-market opportunities for sports clients
Work cross-functionally with internal product, marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to support onboarding and launch execution
Maintain a strong outbound pipeline and manage long-cycle enterprise deal flow
Represent Bookit at music, live-event, entertainment, and sports industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
5-10+ years of enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development experience within the music, live-event, festival producer, sports, or entertainment industries
Existing networks and relationships across music and live-event industry, including at labels, artist management companies, talent agencies, festival producers, live-event producers, venue management companies strongly preferred.
Additional networks and relationships across professional sports organizations, media companies, leagues, agencies, sports marketing firms, or related ecosystems are also welcome
Proven experience closing complex partnership or SaaS/platform deals
Strong understanding of:
Fan engagement and loyalty ecosystems
Sponsorship and partnership structures
Music, Entertainment, and sports business operations
Hospitality and experiential programs
Enterprise relationship management
Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
