Developer Relations Manager

Responsibilities: 1. Key goal is to attract, engage and educate developers according to our current goals (e.g. to test our code, build on top of our blockchain etc); constantly grow our brand awareness among developers and grow our dev community 2. Developing & implementing the strategy for attracting & engaging developers at minimum cost: - Run research to provide insights on dev community & behavior; find growth opportunities - Select promo channels and manage them end-to-end to onboard and engage devs: online & offline events, platforms for bug bounties, listing & rating platforms, influencers, p-artnerships with co-marketing activities, seeding/shilling in online communities, etc - Manage the ambassador & referral programs for devs via our Community portal; Design and manage other interactive programs for developers to leverage the word of mouth 3. Increasing the brand awareness & reputation among developers through PR campaigns 4. Heading the growth of our developer community on Social Media & relevant platforms: - Select the communication channels and platforms; Ideate and participate in specific activities as our representative: twitter spaces, AMA sessions etc - Manage Github and other developer platforms (e.g. for bug bounty): set them up, provide timely responses, check if there are any issues, fix them, provide activity reports, etc - Engage directly into the community management with our Community Managers 5. Head the budgeting, analytics & reporting for all of the above 6. Content research, planning and copywriting (in English) for social media, blog and PR: - Keep track of the relevant technologies, provide content ideas on industry news - Liaise with the development team to prepare a weekly development recap; - Create guidelines, FAQs and other materials that help both the internal and external stakeholders to better understand the product, development statuses etc - Write product documentation for devs and general tech-related materials for our social media: blog posts, Twitter threads, tech tutorials, presentations, speaker notes, ghost-writing on behalf of the company’s speakers etc - Marketing content proofreading to ensure all tech aspects are reflected correctly 7. Based on the community feedback, formulate product improvement and overall strategy-related hypothesis together with the Marketing team to enhance customer acquisition & retention Background: - Fluent written and spoken English; 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role in Crypto - Own network of tech partners, communities, influencers, developers etc in Web3 - Advanced technical writing skills and understanding of marketing: in particular PR & SMM - Understanding of the development basics in the blockchain sphere (ideally, previous experience as a developer); being part of the blockchain developer community & sharing their mindset - Understanding of blockchain evolution & different networks (Ethereum & Cosmos are a must) - Advanced communication and presentation skills; ability to work long hours to support the community chats; ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction; Please, make sure you include your Github link when applying!
