Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training. Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up conversations to identify initial insights, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements. Policy Compliance and Documentation Coordinate documentation process and compliance with internal policies with the People Operations Specialist. Maintain People & Culture Confluence pages, ensuring clear communication of existing policies and processes. Training and Development Coordination Track completion of mandatory training modules and maintain accurate records of personnel training status. Analyze training surveys, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements.
