Property Tokenization Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Property Tokenization Manager to lead our property tokenization efforts within the EU legal system. As the Property Tokenization Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the process of tokenizing real estate properties, enabling fractional ownership and investment opportunities for investors. Your in-depth knowledge of the EU legal framework related to property tokenization will be crucial in ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence throughout the process. Responsibilities: 1. Property Tokenization Strategy: • Develop and execute a comprehensive property tokenization strategy, outlining the criteria for selecting suitable properties for tokenization. • Identify potential opportunities and benefits of tokenizing properties, considering factors such as property value, market demand, and legal feasibility. 2. Legal Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: • Ensure full compliance with the EU legal system's requirements and regulations related to property tokenization. • Work closely with legal advisors and compliance teams to obtain necessary approvals and permissions for each property tokenization project. 3. Property Valuation and Due Diligence: • Collaborate with property valuation experts to accurately assess the value of properties considered for tokenization. • Conduct thorough due diligence on the properties to identify any potential issues or risks that may affect the tokenization process. 4. Smart Contract Development and Implementation: • Oversee the development and implementation of smart contracts that govern the fractional ownership and investment processes for each tokenized property. • Ensure the security, efficiency, and transparency of smart contracts to inspire trust among investors. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). • Extensive experience in property tokenization within the EU legal system is required. • In-depth knowledge of the EU legal framework related to real estate and blockchain technology. • Demonstrated experience in successfully tokenizing multiple properties. • Familiarity with smart contract development and blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain). • Strong understanding of property valuation and due diligence processes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders. • Leadership qualities and experience in managing cross-functional teams. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively.
