Senior Product Designer

Tonkeeper is the leading self-custody wallet on TON. Tens of millions of people store, send, swap, and stake crypto and explore dApps — without handing their keys to anyone but themselves. We make self-custody as simple as a regular banking app, and as secure as crypto demands. The team is small and autonomous. We value initiative, craft, and the ability to ship. Minimal process, maximum ownership of the outcome. This role focuses on end-to-end design for Tonkeeper — native iOS and Android apps and the trading experience inside them. This is a mature product with millions of users: the cost of a mistake is high, and the room for simplification is huge. You'll work in close partnership with engineering and product, turning complex blockchain mechanics into interfaces people use every day. This role is for a self-directed designer who sets their own agenda, defends decisions with data and intuition, and doesn't need micromanagement. Responsibilities: Design end-to-end product experiences for Tonkeeper's native iOS and Android apps. Evolve the trading UX — swaps, buy/sell, staking — for precision, speed, and trust. Turn complex flows (keys, seed phrases, TON Connect, transaction signing) into simple, secure interfaces, Rapidly explore, prototype, and iterate. Use product analytics, qualitative research, and judgment to guide decisions. Maintain and grow the design system and product quality standards. Requirements: 3+ years working on mature products (1M+ MAU as a reference point). Shipped meaningful features in native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android). Strong product thinking — you see the logic, metrics, and edge states behind a mockup. Comfortable in ambiguity and fast at getting things to release. Clear communication and cross-functional work with engineering and product. A portfolio that shows both thinking and execution. Preferred skills and experience: Background in crypto, fintech, or trading interfaces. Understanding of self-custody specifics — security as part of the UX, not a blocker. Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools. Familiarity with exchange / trading interface patterns (orders, charts, execution states).
