We’re looking for a Sr. Staff Software Engineer to join our Customer Success Business Architecture team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering, you will be responsible for: Working autonomously and collaboratively to design and implement project deliverables Working closely with product managers, designers, and business partners to capture and iterate on robust solutions Building robust and scalable applications focusing on both flexibility and maintainability of all code Designing and developing highly available quality software Ensuring appropriate documentation & processes are followed throughout the lifecycle of projects What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 8+ years of experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript 5+ years of experience with SQL 5+ years of experience with AWS Proficiency with integrating Salesforce with other services Experience with large data sets, data migrations, and front-end development What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Proficiency with JavaScript and/or TypeScript, git, React, and SQL Experience with Slack APIs and building AI agents Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, & logging tools LI-RemoteLI-AM12Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
