The position involves working closely with seasoned technology entrepreneurs and crypto investors on fundamental analysis that influences primary and secondary market decisions. About the Company Arrington Capital is a digital asset management firm founded in 2018 by TechCrunch and CrunchBase founder Michael Arrington. The firm has invested in hundreds of startups globally and comprises Silicon Valley veterans with deep venture capital and crypto expertise. Key Responsibilities • Project due diligence • Generating trade and investment ideas • Analyzing and tracking market catalysts • Systematic segment analysis and competitive technology analysis • Detailed token-economic modeling • Joining project communities • Contributing to written research Focus Areas The role emphasizes fundamental analysis including novel valuation models, token economics, and project-specific due diligence. Analysts support both early-stage venture deals and liquid market opportunities while identifying emerging narratives in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3. Requirements & Qualifications • University degree (STEM preferred; economics and business also applicable) • Strong writing and communication abilities • Competency in blockchain-based languages such as Python (highly regarded but not necessary) Ideal Candidate Profile • Professional or personal experience analyzing and investing in crypto • Self-starter with deep curiosity about blockchain • Preferred: track record or technical knowledge in smart-contract coding, yield farming, or publishing insightful content Work Environment The role is remote-first with coverage across Asian and US time zones.
