The Role We are seeking a Head of Finance to serve as a key strategic architect of Offchain's financial future. In this role, you will act as a vital partner to the executive team to drive capital strategy and long-term financial planning. Getting into the details, you will provide a deep assessment of the status quo and an execution plan on how to improve.  This leader will institutionalize our financial infrastructure, and will provide the sophisticated clarity required to navigate the complexities of a scaling global ecosystem. You are a visionary who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and the details, capable of transforming financial data into a competitive advantage. What you'll do: Strategic Financial Leadership: Architect the long-term financial roadmap for Offchain, ensuring our fiscal strategy aligns with ambitious growth targets and ecosystem evolution. Capital & Treasury Stewardship: Lead complex treasury management and capital allocation strategies, optimizing liquidity and risk in a high-growth, digital-asset-centric environment. Institutionalize Governance: Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls, transforming the finance function into a pillar of institutional credibility. Executive Partnership: Serve as a core advisor to the executive team, providing data-driven insights and financial modeling that drive high-stakes decision-making and business model optimization. Organizational Scaling: Design and implement a scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure that automates routine reconciliations and provides real-time visibility into global performance. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead high-impact, cross-departmental initiatives—from M&A activity to complex tax structuring, ensuring all workstreams meet the highest standards of financial rigor.
