The seat Founding Product Manager. Broad by design. You own the marketplace hosts and guests touch, and the protocol surfaces beneath it: settlement, payouts, dispute resolution. There is no product org to inherit. There is no playbook. You write it. You will work directly with the founders, and alongside some of the most recognised names in this industry. We are not naming them yet. We will. What the work is • Own the roadmap across marketplace and protocol. Sequence it. Defend it. • Turn a two-sided problem, host supply and guest demand, into things that ship. • Work where product, money, and on-chain mechanics meet, and hold all three at once. • Decide what to measure. Move it. • Ship with a lean team. Talk to users more than to each other. Bring evidence. Who this is for You have shipped products real people used. You are comfortable where there is no process, because process is a thing you build, not a thing you wait for. You understand crypto well enough to be useful, or you will close that gap quickly and without being asked. You write plainly and decide fast. You think incumbents got lazy. You would like to be in the room when that gets corrected.
