Let’s go!  Your mission As a SEO Specialist, you will use a performance-first approach to develop and implement content strategies that increase the company's organic traffic and conversions throughout the relevant content ecosystem.   What you’ll do  Own the SEO content strategy, identify high impact areas with both short- and long-term growth opportunities, collaborate with multiple teams on the definition and refinement of relevant roadmaps in content, video (YouTube), tech and design areas to reach Bitpanda’s organic growth goals. Establish a process of launching SEO projects cross-functionally, keeping track of the progress and performance for the identified/assigned projects, owning execution of the identified/assigned projects. Identify innovative areas to build trust, authority and expertise in a highly ambitious financial sector and create and deliver competitive insights and strategies to facilitate growth. Collaborate with product, design and copy-writing teams around the best set-up of SEO content across various properties of Bitpanda. Manage external agencies, ensure effective execution and deliverables on their side.     Who you are  3+ years of experience in SEO, ideally in executing large-scale SEO projects; Proficiency and deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods and popular SEO specific tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console; Excellent data and analysis skills, strong knowledge of data management tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel; Highly collaborative skills and team-player who values transparency and can execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Experienced project manager with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines as well as being a strong decision-maker with the ability to drive execution cross-functionally when priorities change or are ambiguous;  What’s in it for you Flexibility to work where you thrive – Enjoy the freedom of our Hybrid working model, combining onsite collaboration and remote work, with an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of your choice.
