About UsBookwallah Organization is expanding its global technology presence through the establishment of a new Miami-based subsidiary focused on next-generation digital infrastructure and decentralized web technologies.Our mission is to build scalable, secure, and forward-looking technology ecosystems that enhance digital connectivity, operational efficiency, and cross-platform innovation for global users and enterprise partners.As part of our U.S. expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Blockchain Officer to lead the strategic development of our blockchain-related initiatives and digital infrastructure roadmap.Position OverviewThe Chief Blockchain Officer (CBO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s blockchain and distributed technology strategy for the newly established U.S. subsidiary.This executive leadership role requires a combination of technical vision, operational leadership, business strategy, and market awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable blockchain-based ecosystems, leading high-performing technical teams, and driving innovation across decentralized web technologies.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s blockchain technology strategy and long-term infrastructure roadmap Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable decentralized technology solutions Build and oversee blockchain engineering, product, and innovation teams Identify emerging industry trends and evaluate opportunities for strategic adoption Collaborate with executive leadership on global expansion and technology initiatives Ensure security, compliance awareness, and operational reliability across blockchain-related systems Drive partnerships with technology providers, developers, and innovation communities Support product scalability, digital infrastructure optimization, and platform performance Establish technical standards, governance frameworks, and innovation best practices Qualifications Proven leadership experience within blockchain, distributed systems, or decentralized web technologies Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, smart contract ecosystems, and Web3 architecture Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment Strategic mindset with strong business and operational decision-making abilities Excellent communication and executive leadership skills Experience with scalable platform development, cloud infrastructure, or digital ecosystems is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred Preferred Experience Experience launching or scaling blockchain-focused products or infrastructure Familiarity with digital payment technologies, decentralized applications, or enterprise blockchain solutions Experience working within international or rapidly growing technology organizations Understanding of evolving U.S. technology and digital infrastructure landscapes What We Offer Executive leadership opportunity within a growing international organization Competitive compensation package Opportunity to help shape the future direction of decentralized technology initiatives Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Long-term career growth and leadership development opportunities
