What we're looking for • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the U.S. • Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws, regulations, and compliance issues related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. • Proven experience in legal counsel roles, preferably within the financial services or fintech sectors. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for the cryptocurrency space and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
